Teaching Assistant - Wandsworth

A friendly and ambitious primary school in Wandsworth is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school from January 2026. The school provides excellent guidance for support staff and encourages ongoing development.

• Teaching Assistant required from January 2026
• Support role within a well-regarded Wandsworth school
• Full-time opportunity starting January 2026

You will work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key duties include:

  • Supporting pupils during lessons

  • Working with small groups

  • Helping to manage classroom routines

  • Supporting pupil wellbeing

  • Contributing to a positive learning environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with children

  • Calm and reliable approach

  • Strong communication skills
