A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their support team from January 2026. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils across a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. The school offers a calm, structured environment with clear routines and a strong emphasis on positive relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing targeted in-class and small-group support

• Supporting pupils with EHCPs and individual learning plans

• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence

• Assisting with behaviour regulation and emotional support

• Contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience supporting children with SEN

• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

• Willingness to engage in ongoing training
