The Opportunity & Role Profile

This Outstanding Enfield academy is seeking a proactive and skilled Caretaker. You will be responsible for the security, maintenance, and overall safety of a high-spec site, ensuring it remains an inspiring and safe environment for pupils and staff.

Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope

  • Site Security: Responsible for the daily opening and locking of the school site and acting as the primary key-holder.

  • Maintenance & Compliance: Managing general repairs, supervising external contractors, and ensuring all Health & Safety logs (fire/water) are meticulously kept.

  • Operational Excellence: Supporting the school's events and co-curricular programmes through effective room setups and logistics.
