About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Oxford. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, acting as a key point of contact for staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-of-house reception support, managing visitors and enquiries
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally
Maintain accurate pupil records, attendance data, and safeguarding documentation
Support senior leaders and teaching staff with administrative tasks
Assist with admissions, data input, and reporting as required
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies at all times
