Site Manager to oversee daily site operations and maintenance

Our Client is seeking a Site Manager to join a well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham. This full-time role involves overseeing the safety, security, and maintenance of the school site, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors.

School Information

The school educates approximately 1,100 pupils and is known for strong leadership, positive behaviour, and a supportive working culture. The Site Manager will work closely with SLT and external contractors, managing health and safety compliance, premises maintenance, and site security.

Staff describe the school as well-organised, supportive, and respectful, with clear systems in place.
