Our Client is seeking a Maths ECT to join an Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex. This full-time role involves teaching Maths across KS3–KS4 within a department that prioritises collaboration and professional growth.

The school educates approximately 1,300 pupils and has a strong reputation for inclusive practice and student progress. The Maths department benefits from experienced leadership, shared schemes of work, and a strong ECT mentoring structure.

ECTs receive a reduced timetable and access to regular CPD.
