Science ECT to join a welcoming and well-supported Science department

Our Client is seeking a Science ECT to join an Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex. This full-time role involves teaching Science across KS3–KS4 within a nurturing and well-resourced department.

School Information

The school serves approximately 1,050 students and is recognised for positive behaviour, strong pastoral care, and a commitment to staff development. The Science department offers modern laboratories, excellent technician support, and experienced subject mentors.

ECTs are supported through a structured induction programme with regular observations and coaching.
