Maths ECT to join a supportive and high-performing department

Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic Maths ECT to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Cambridge. This full-time role involves teaching Maths across KS3–KS4, with structured support to help ECTs develop confidence and classroom expertise.

School Information

The school educates approximately 1,200 pupils and is known for its strong academic outcomes, calm learning environment, and excellent leadership. The Maths department is highly collaborative, with shared planning, experienced mentors, and a strong focus on pedagogy and subject mastery.

ECTs benefit from a comprehensive induction programme, reduced timetable, and regular mentoring meetings.
