Drama Teacher (ECT) – Church Stretton, Shropshire – January 2026

A community-oriented secondary school in Church Stretton is seeking an enthusiastic Drama ECT to join its Creative Arts faculty from January 2026.

The Role

You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, delivering practical, engaging lessons that build confidence, collaboration and performance skills. Drama is well supported within the school, with regular opportunities for performances and enrichment.

ECT Support

As an Early Career Teacher, you will receive:

  • Reduced timetable and structured induction

  • Mentoring from experienced Creative Arts staff

  • Joint planning and shared schemes of work

  • Gradual involvement in productions
