A structured and well-led secondary school in Braintree is seeking a Spanish ECT to join its growing MFL department.

Role Overview

The Spanish ECT will teach KS3 and KS4, delivering a clear and engaging curriculum supported by shared resources and collaborative planning. The department promotes consistency, high expectations, and cultural enrichment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT seeking clear guidance, strong mentoring, and a supportive departmental culture.

The School

This 11–18 mixed secondary school educates approximately 1,200 pupils and benefits from strong pastoral systems and effective behaviour management. Leadership is supportive and committed to developing early career teachers.

ECTs are supported through regular mentoring, observation feedback, and structured CPD pathways.
