Humanities Teacher (ECT) – Ofsted Good School – Manchester

A welcoming secondary school in Greater Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic ECT History or Geography Teacher to join its Humanities faculty from January 2026.

About the Role:
This full-time role involves teaching History or Geography across KS3–KS4, with a strong focus on developing subject knowledge and classroom practice.

About the School:
The school educates approximately 1,200 students and is Ofsted rated Good, with a supportive leadership team and a strong emphasis on staff development. Humanities is a well-established and collaborative department.

We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a relevant Humanities degree
• Has QTS or is completing training
• Is enthusiastic and well organised
• Is keen to learn from experienced colleagues
• Builds positive relationships with students
