A nurturing secondary school in Colchester is looking to appoint a History ECT to begin in January 2026.

Job Overview

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 History within a reflective and well-supported Humanities department. The successful candidate will deliver a carefully sequenced curriculum that develops historical enquiry, critical thinking, and extended writing skills.

You will be fully supported through mentoring, shared planning, and a reduced teaching load during your induction year.
