A forward-thinking secondary school in Chelmsford is seeking a motivated Geography ECT to join its collaborative Humanities faculty.

Job Overview

Starting in January 2026, this full-time role offers the opportunity to teach KS3 and KS4 Geography within a department that values enquiry-based learning, real-world geography, and strong curriculum planning.

The successful Geography ECT will benefit from shared resources, joint planning, and a structured induction programme aligned with the Early Career Framework.
