Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Year 2 curriculum

• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in the classroom

• Work closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO to provide tailored support

• Maintain accurate records of pupils’ progress and achievements

• Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
