SEN Teaching Assistant - Redbridge

A well-resourced primary school in Redbridge is looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to start in January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with additional needs, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups

  • Assist teachers in adapting and preparing lessons and resources

  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation

  • Support pupils’ engagement, confidence, and independence

  • Assist with routines, transitions, and social development
