A secondary school in West London is recruiting an ARP Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs within a specialist provision.

You will support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation, ensuring pupils can access education in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in and out of the classroom

  • Adapt learning materials

  • Support emotional regulation and behaviour

  • Liaise with SEN and safeguarding teams

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN students

  • Strong communication skills

  • Commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
