ARP Teaching Assistant – Primary ARP (North London)

Location: North London
Role: ARP Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-time, long-term

A primary school with an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) in North London is seeking a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant to support pupils with EHCPs, including ASD and complex needs.

You will work within a specialist setting, supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group SEN support

  • Support pupils with communication and sensory needs

  • Assist with personal care when required

  • Work alongside therapists and SEN professionals

Requirements:

  • SEN or ARP experience essential

  • Understanding of ASD and EHCPs

  • Patient, flexible, and caring nature
