English Teacher (ECT) – Dudley, West Midlands – January 2026

A successful and inclusive secondary school in Dudley is looking to appoint a motivated English ECT to join its welcoming English department from January 2026.

The Role

You will teach English across KS3 and KS4, contributing to a curriculum that prioritises literacy, vocabulary development and confident written expression. The department uses shared schemes of learning and common assessments, providing structure while still allowing creativity in lesson delivery.

The English team is experienced and supportive, with a strong culture of collaboration and shared planning.

ECT Development
