Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope

  • Linguistic Fluency: Instructing Spanish across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.

  • Cultural Literacy: Engaging students with the culture and traditions of Spanish-speaking countries.

  • Induction Journey: Working through the school’s bespoke "New Teacher" workshops and coaching cycle.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in Spanish.

  • Salary: Paid on the Teachers' Pay Scale with Inner London weighting.

  • Support: Small class sizes and a dedicated MFL mentor to assist with curriculum planning.
