Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope

  • Critical Inquiry: Instructing History across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.

  • Source Analysis: Cultivating students' ability to analyze historical evidence and construct persuasive, evidence-based arguments.

  • Induction Focus: Evidence-gathering for the ECF through regular reflections and video-based peer review.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Degree in History or a related field.

  • Salary: Paid on the Teachers' Pay Scale with Inner London weighting.
