A supportive mixed secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a motivated Psychology ECT to join its Social Sciences department from January.

About the School

The school has a strong focus on professional development and is experienced in supporting ECTs through a structured induction programme. Behaviour is positive and staff work collaboratively.

The Role

• Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5.
• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons supported by shared resources.
• Receive mentoring from experienced subject specialists.
• Take part in enrichment activities and revision sessions.

Requirements

• QTS
• A degree in Psychology or a related subject.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and developing as an ECT.
