Science Teacher - York

A respected secondary school in York is seeking a committed Science Teacher to join its established science department.

Job Overview

This full-time position begins ASAP or January 2026, teaching KS3 and KS4 Science, with KS5 available. The Science Teacher will deliver engaging lessons that develop scientific curiosity and analytical thinking.

Science Teacher – Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in a Science subject

  • QTS (PGCE or equivalent)

  • Ability to teach across secondary key stages

  • Legal right to work in the UK

  • Passion for science education
