The Opportunity & Role Profile
A prestigious Independent School in Warwick requires a strategic Premises Manager. You will be responsible for the maintenance, security, and operation of a historic school site, ensuring all facilities are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose for a high-attaining student body.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Estates Leadership: Managing the site team, including caretaking and grounds staff, and overseeing planned preventative maintenance.
Compliance & H&S: Acting as the lead for Health and Safety, ensuring the site meets all fire, water, and building regulations.
Project Management: Coordinating external contractors and managing large-scale capital projects or refurbishments.
