Join a vibrant Art department committed to excellence. Our ECT support focuses on visual and professional communication, ensuring you can articulately critique student work and present departmental successes to the wider school community.

Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope

  • Visual Expression: Instructing Art and Design across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.

  • Technical Mastery: Teaching a range of media, from traditional painting to digital photography.

  • Professional Standards: Regular meetings with your induction lead to ensure all teaching standards are met and exceeded.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Art or Design.

  • Salary: Paid on the Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS) with Inner London weighting.

  • Support: Bespoke ECT induction and a dedicated studio technician.
