The Opportunity & School Profile

This successful Enfield school is seeking a talented German ECT. In addition to our rigorous ECT support framework, we focus on intercultural communication, helping you to develop innovative ways to build student confidence in target-language interaction.

Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope

  • Linguistic Fluency: Instructing German across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.

  • Cultural Literacy: Developing students' understanding of German-speaking cultures.

  • Induction Progress: Working through the ECF with a dedicated in-school coach and regular PPA time.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in German.
