Are you a dependable and hardworking Caretaker looking for a new opportunity within a well-established school environment from January 2026?

Wayman Education is working in partnership with a respected school in Birmingham to recruit a dedicated Caretaker. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operation of the school and would suit someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards across a busy site.

The successful Caretaker will be responsible for opening and securing the premises, carrying out basic repairs, monitoring health and safety, and ensuring the school grounds are well maintained throughout the year.
