An academically strong independent school in Cambridge is seeking a Geography Teacher to join its successful Humanities faculty.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will teach Geography from KS3 to KS5, delivering engaging and academically rigorous lessons to pupils with strong intellectual curiosity. Geography is a popular subject with high uptake at GCSE and A-Level, supported by an ambitious curriculum and well-developed fieldwork programme.

The School

This co-educational independent school educates approximately 600 pupils and is recognised for its academic rigour, excellent behaviour and strong university progression. The Geography department benefits from digital mapping tools, GIS software, research-led teaching approaches and international fieldwork opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Geography or related discipline

  • Recognised teaching qualification with QTS
