A supportive secondary school in Peterborough is seeking a Religious Studies ECT to join its Humanities department.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for an ECT looking to develop strong classroom confidence while teaching KS3 and KS4 RS. The curriculum promotes ethical reasoning, philosophical enquiry and respectful debate, supported by shared planning and mentoring.

The School

This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,250 pupils and is known for its inclusive culture, strong pastoral systems and consistent academic progress. The RS department is reflective and well structured, with clear schemes of work and supportive leadership.
