A high-achieving grammar school in Essex is seeking an academically strong Maths Teacher (ECT) to join their department on a full-time, permanent basis from January. This role offers exceptional support for Early Career Teachers within a structured and aspirational environment.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for:
• Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, with exposure to KS5
• Delivering well-planned lessons using established schemes of work
• Supporting high-attaining students with structured guidance
• Assessing progress and providing clear feedback
• Maintaining excellent standards of behaviour and presentation
• Engaging in ECT mentoring and subject-specific CPD
• Contributing to enrichment and academic extension activities
