A high-achieving Independent School in Derby is recruiting a passionate Science Teacher to join their thriving Science department from January 2026.

About the Role:
A full-time, permanent Science teaching role delivering KS3–KS4 Science, contributing to curriculum planning and participating in Science enrichment programmes and events.

The school enjoys an excellent reputation for academic performance, exceptional behaviour and a positive staff culture. Their Science laboratories are modern, well equipped and supported by a skilled technician team.

We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a Science-related degree
• Holds QTS/PGCE
• Can deliver engaging Science lessons at KS3–KS4
• Is enthusiastic, organised and reflective
• Works effectively within a collaborative Science faculty
