SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary SEN

Location: Hayes, West London
Start Date: After the holidays

We are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a caring primary school in Hayes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in SEN and a desire to support pupils in a structured and supportive environment.

The Role

You will support pupils with learning difficulties, ASD and behavioural needs, working alongside teaching staff to help pupils stay engaged and progress.

Key Duties

  • 1:1 and group SEN support

  • Supporting classroom routines

  • Encouraging independence and confidence

  • Monitoring pupil progress

Requirements

  • Experience with SEN children

  • Patient and proactive approach

  • DBS clearance
