An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join a well-regarded school in Bournemouth. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in January or by agreement and would suit someone confident in leading site operations within a busy and structured school environment.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
• Managing the daily operation of the school site, ensuring high standards of safety, security, and presentation
• Leading site staff and coordinating external contractors to ensure effective delivery of maintenance and site services
• Overseeing health and safety compliance, inspections, risk assessments, and statutory checks
• Managing planned maintenance schedules, reactive repairs, and minor improvement works
• Ensuring effective opening, closing, and emergency procedures are followed
• Supporting senior leadership with site planning, audits, and operational decision-making
• Maintaining consistently high standards across buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas
