Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
• Teaching Art and Design across KS3 and KS4, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
• Planning engaging and well-structured lessons that encourage creativity, confidence, and technical development
• Supporting students in developing visual communication, critical thinking, and independent artistic practice
• Assessing, moderating, and standardising coursework in line with examination board requirements
• Providing constructive feedback to support student progress and attainment
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, behaviour, and engagement in lessons
• Contributing to departmental planning, curriculum development, and enrichment activities

Experience & Qualifications
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
