Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Historical Inquiry: Delivering History lessons focused on diverse narratives across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Source Analysis: Teaching students to critically evaluate historical evidence and construct sophisticated written arguments.
ECT Development: Committing to the school's high-quality induction cycle and all related professional development workshops.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in History.
Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS), reflecting Inner London weighting.
