Our Client is seeking an English ECT to begin their teaching career within a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Braintree. The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 English, working with a collaborative department that places strong emphasis on literacy development, structured planning, and consistent assessment practice. This role is ideal for an ECT looking to build confidence in classroom delivery within a calm and well-managed environment.
