A high-achieving Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Leeds is seeking a Psychology Teacher to join its successful Sixth Form provision.

About the Role
This full-time, permanent role involves teaching Psychology at KS5, delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ understanding of research methods, human behaviour and evaluative writing. Psychology is a popular subject with strong outcomes and high progression to university.

The role includes opportunities to support enrichment such as revision conferences, guest speakers and subject-focused university visits.

The School
The school educates approximately 1,300 pupils, including a large Sixth Form. It is widely recognised for its inclusive ethos, excellent behaviour and academic ambition.

Staff work in a supportive environment with access to specialist teaching rooms, digital resources and a well-equipped Sixth Form centre.

Requirements
• Qualified Psychology Teacher with QTS
• Experience teaching A Level Psychology
• Passion for research-based learning and debate
• Strong classroom management and assessment skills
