Wayman Education is working with an Outstanding primary school in Newham to recruit a dedicated SEN 1:1 specialist. The successful SEN 1:1 practitioner will support children in a nurturing environment, delivering tailored interventions and improving academic and emotional progress. Starting January 2026, this SEN 1:1 role offers a rewarding opportunity within a well-resourced Newham school.

Responsibilities of the SEN 1:1:

  • Provide tailored support as a SEN 1:1

  • Encourage progress and independence

  • Build pupil confidence and communication

  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCO
