Are you a passionate and skilled Design & Technology Teacher looking for a role in a highly reputable Independent School? A well-established Independent School in Birmingham is seeking a DT Teacher to join their DT department from January 2026.
About the Role:
A full-time DT role delivering KS3–KS4 and supporting wider DT enrichment. You will plan practical lessons, maintain safe workshop environments and contribute to department development.

The school is known for strong academic results, exceptional behaviour and outstanding DT facilities, including specialist machinery, CAD software, and highly experienced technicians.
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds a DT/Engineering degree
• Holds QTS/PGCE
• Teaches DT confidently and creatively
• Is practical, innovative and well organised
• Works effectively in a collaborative team
