Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager ready to take on an impactful leadership role? A high-performing secondary school in Dudley is looking for a School Business Manager to oversee finance, HR, operations and compliance from January 2026.

About the Role:
A senior, full-time leadership position responsible for financial planning, HR oversight, site operations, health & safety compliance, contract management and leading administrative teams. You will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to ensure excellence across school operations.
