SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Enfield – January Start

Location: Enfield, North London
Start Date: January
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (term time only)
Pay Rate: £90–£105 per day

A well-respected and inclusive primary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs in a mainstream primary setting.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

  • Supporting children with ASD, ADHD and speech & language needs

  • Assisting pupils with classroom tasks and engagement

  • Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an SEN TA or working with children with SEN

  • Patient, calm and nurturing approach

  • Reliable and able to commit long-term
