A specialist SEN school in Barnet is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism and associated learning needs.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

  • Assisting with EHCP targets

  • Encouraging communication and social development

  • Supporting behaviour and sensory needs

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting ASD is highly desirable

  • Confident, nurturing and resilient

  • SEN school experience preferred but not essential
