Geography Teacher (ECT) – Nuneaton, Warwickshire – January 2026

A thriving 11–18 school in Nuneaton is seeking a passionate Geography Teacher (ECT) to join its supportive Humanities faculty from January 2026.

The Role

You’ll teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, delivering lessons that bring both physical and human geography to life. The department places a strong emphasis on enquiry, current issues and case-study learning, helping students understand the relevance of geography to the modern world.

Schemes of work are well-resourced and regularly reviewed, giving ECTs a strong foundation while encouraging creative delivery.

The school is Ofsted Good, with a reputation for excellent pastoral care and a strong sense of community. Students are polite, motivated and respond well to clear expectations. Staff describe the culture as friendly, professional and collaborative.
