An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join a supportive secondary school in Salisbury. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January or by agreement.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
• Leading and managing the school’s SEND provision
• Overseeing EHCPs and statutory compliance
• Supporting teaching staff with inclusive strategies
• Working closely with parents and external agencies
• Promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and positive student outcomes
