Attendance Officer Vacancy - Outstanding School in Liverpool

A well-established and inclusive secondary school in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated and organised Attendance Officer to join their pastoral team from January. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Job Overview

You will play a key role in monitoring and improving student attendance, working closely with students, families, and external agencies. Responsibilities include tracking attendance data, following up on absences, supporting early intervention strategies, and contributing to safeguarding and pastoral systems. Accuracy, professionalism, and a proactive approach are essential.
