Our client is looking to appoint an experienced HR Officer to join an Outstanding school in Birmingham. This full-time role offers strong professional support and development.

The Role

  • Full-time HR Officer position

  • Outstanding secondary school in Birmingham

  • Work closely with senior leaders and staff

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven HR Officer or similar HR experience

  • School-based HR experience desirable

  • CIPD Level 3+ preferred

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Right to work in the UK
