Art Teacher – Outstanding School – Bedfordshire – January Start

We are working with a highly regarded Outstanding secondary school in Bedfordshire that is seeking a dedicated and creative Art Teacher to join their successful department from January. This is a full-time, permanent role offering an excellent opportunity to teach in a school where the arts are genuinely valued and staff development is a clear priority.

The Role

You will teach Art across KS3 and KS4, supporting students in developing both technical skill and personal creative expression. The department encourages experimentation, critical thinking, and confidence in visual communication, and students consistently produce high-quality coursework outcomes.

The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and the wider life of the department, including displays, exhibitions, and enrichment activities. Experience teaching or supporting KS5 Art would be welcomed, though it is not essential.
