Teaching Assistant – Nottinghamshire – January 2026

Are you a supportive, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant seeking a new opportunity in a successful secondary school? A welcoming and ambitious school in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion and SEND support team from January 2026.

About the Role:
A full-time, permanent role supporting KS3–KS4 students, delivering small-group intervention, providing one-to-one support, helping with behaviour and learning needs, and assisting with classroom setup and planning.

About the School:
The school is known for strong pastoral care, excellent behaviour and professional staff relationships. Teaching Assistants are supported with training, mentoring and development opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:
• Communicates well with young people
• Is patient, positive and proactive
• Works well with teachers, SEND and pastoral teams
• Is organised, reliable and enthusiastic
• Has youth or educational experience (desired)
