An Outstanding Ofsted-rated boys’ secondary school in Wandsworth is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the management of the school premises.

About the School

The school is highly regarded for its excellent behaviour, strong leadership, and well-maintained facilities. The Site Manager is a key member of the support leadership team.

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the school site.
• Line manage caretaking staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage site security, maintenance schedules, and risk assessments.
• Support capital works and improvement projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a site or facilities management role.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
