Wayman Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Barking to recruit an experienced SEN TA. The successful SEN TA will work closely with pupils who have special educational needs, supporting both academic progress and emotional development. Starting January 2026, this SEN TA role offers the chance to make a genuine difference in Barking.

Responsibilities of the SEN TA:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support as a SEN TA

  • Assist pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs

  • Support classroom teachers with differentiated learning

  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being as a SEN TA
