Drama Teacher (ECT) – Market Harborough, Leicestershire – January 2026

A creative and community-focused secondary school in Market Harborough is seeking a Drama Teacher (ECT) to join its expressive arts team from January 2026.

The Role

You’ll teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop confidence, collaboration and performance skills. Drama is a popular subject within the school, with strong participation in productions and enrichment activities.

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues who provide guidance on lesson structure, behaviour management and assessment in practical subjects.
